MintFun Public Testnet is Live!

The Minting Season Begins! 🪙

In recent months, we’ve been operating in full institutional mode by building infrastructure, strengthening compliance, and developing real-world use cases. This work is essential to the long-term foundation of the Mintlayer ecosystem. Yet, at its core, Web3 is also about experimentation, community engagement, and cultural expression.

Some of our products are built for institutions, while others capture the creative spirit that drives innovation. Finding that balance matters and that’s exactly what MintFun is about. MintFun is the evolution of our Token Factory and will be released as open source so teams can use, fork, and build on it.

Say Hello to MintFun Public Testnet!

Imagine if launching a token was as simple as completing a short form. With MintFun, it is. The platform serves as an exclusive gateway for fast token creation on the Mintlayer network. Whether you’re launching a community initiative, exploring a new concept, or experimenting with a viral token idea, MintFun allows you to create a token without complexity or code, just creativity.

We’re kicking off with a Testnet campaign focused on bug finding and product feedback to shape MintFun ahead of mainnet. In the weeks ahead, we’ll roll out more creative competitions and community campaigns to spotlight standout tokens.
